New colleagues, new expertise <\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n

Perpetos is growing internationally. We are proud to have two new colleagues join the Perpetos team: Els Costers and Terry Mitchell. A serious injection of expertise, if you ask us!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Els Costers: inspire and coach <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Making an individual or company faster, better and stronger by bringing inspiration and doing things differently. That is the true strength of Els. Practical and concrete guidance: that is also her focus. Els teaches her concepts by providing examples and demonstrates how a solution is best implemented.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With 15 years of experience in sales, Els is the ultimate coach and advocate for commercial performance. For the last seven years, Els has led several sales and marketing teams for large companies, such as Arval and Euler Hermes, and she also earned her stripes at the international AdTech scale-up Targetspot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In her free time, Els likes to play with her two sons, she enjoys dinner with family or goes dancing with friends. She likes to organize vacations and weekends, and loves to clear her head while running. In winter she likes to keep it active with snowboarding, in summer she plays tennis.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Terry Mitchell: international experience<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Guiding sales teams, developing skills, and implementing systemic solutions. That’s Terry’s forte. Terry enjoys the challenges of working in different corporate cultures, at different stages of growth and transformation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Terry has years of sales and sales enablement experience with companies such as DeLaval and Fujifim. Most recently, Terry was Director of Sales Enablement for the Americas region at Fujifilm’s Graphics Division. In that role, he developed and implemented training, tools and coaching initiatives to improve sales performance. Terry also implemented a content management system for all sales support materials, and he was instrumental in the adoption and use of Salesforce at Fujifilm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The US is known for its commercial power. The country is 5 to 7 years ahead of the European market. Thanks to Terry’s experience, we now have local expertise in the US and we can take our European clients to the next level faster.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
