It\u2019s a programme that is supported by the business and is seen by the sales people as a business project.<br><br>A second aspect is that we have introduced the coaching track. Our sales managers are not by nature the best coaches so we needed to learn how they have to coach their people.<br><br>Another aspect we took away from the programme is that it\u2019s important to anchor the learnings in your marketing and CRM-systems.
