There are some important aspects of the 6-Gear Programme we have rolled out these past couple of years together with Perpetos.

Firstly, it’s not an HR programme. It’s a programme that is supported by the business and is seen by the sales people as a business project.

A second aspect is that we have introduced the coaching track. Our sales managers are not by nature the best coaches so we needed to learn how they have to coach their people.

Another aspect we took away from the programme is that it’s important to anchor the learnings in your marketing and CRM-systems. Because it’s also important that the sales are supported on a daily basis by the marketing collateral and in the CRM-systems in order to effectively apply the jargon they learned.
