Selling is not telling… the most common error is to try to sell before having a real understanding of the customer’s convictions and aspirations. What is needed is a clear communication strategy for every conversation.
Through our ‘Just in Time’ – learning method you will get better insights in the needs of customers and be in the right position to influence them. Our learning method is a blend of traditional classroom training (2 days), individual assignments and break-out sessions prepared in groups.
A few days after the training, you will regularly get questions and tips through Qstream, a microlearning app that reinforces learnings and puts you in competition against other participants in a gamified context.
